Ideal pedal for recreational riders who commute and tour. They combine the efficiency of an SPD clip-in mechanism (on one side) with the convenience of a platform pedal (opposite side). Serviceable cup and cone bearings add to long life of the pedal. Adjustable cleat tension means you can start off with loose tension for
extra easy engagement and release, and turn up the tension as you
progres.
Sealed mechanism bearings with chromoly steel spindles, aluminium pedal/cage construction, SPD compatible. Pair weighs 533 grams*.
