Returns & Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please choose carefully as there is no obligation to issue a refund if you have simply changed your mind. You are entitled to a refund OR repair OR Exchange OR Credit if the products bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or not doing what they are supposed to do

If you need to return an item purchased online for a refund or exchange, please refer to our online exchange policy and procedure. Please allow 2 – 4 days for the processing of your return/refund/exchange request.

Any request for a refund, repair, exchange or credit must be accompanied with the original Sales Receipt.

Returns of non-faulty goods must be unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
